Qliance is like a health club membership, but for health care. Your membership gives you unrestricted access to your Qliance clinician and services for one monthly fee.
Traditionally, over 40¢ of every $1 you spend on health care goes toward insurance billing and overhead. This means your clinician must work harder and faster, seeing more patients each day just to make ends meet. As a patient, you experience longer wait times, shorter appointments and higher costs. Instead of dealing with costly overhead, we reinvest that 40¢ in our clinics, in electronic medical records and in patient services. You experience shorter wait times, longer appointments and lower costs.

For ease of payment processing, the average age-banded rates for any billing account may be utilized upon request to Qliance.
We charge a one time registration fee of $99 per family which will be charged at the time of registration. Should a family member enroll at a later date, we will waive their registration fee.
We accept credit cards, debit cards and automatic funds transfers for your annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly care fee. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash and check for any incidental fees insurred during your visit.
Your monthly care fee covers the primary and preventive care services described on the Services page of our website. However, at times your care may require third-party services that are not included in your care fee. You may be asked to pay additional fees for items such as prescription medications, laboratory tests and outside services. In all cases, incidental items are charged at or near our cost and their prices and relevance to your care are fully discussed with you before you are charged.
If you have health insurance, you may choose to have your lab tests billed to your carrier as well as have prescriptions sent to a pharmacy that accepts your plan.
At Qliance, there is no long-term contract. If you're dissatisfied with your care, you may cancel your membership at anytime and we will prorate that month's care fee. Thank you in advance for submitting this request in writing.
