Dr. Faith Reeves grew up in West Virginia and is a graduate of the West Virginia University Medical School. She completed her residency of Internal medicine at the George Washington University Medical School in Washington DC before moving to the Northwest, where she practiced medicine at Hall Health Center, the student health center at the University of Washington, from 1988 to 1991. Dr. Reeves completed a second residency in Nuclear medicine at the University of Washington, where she served as Chief Resident. She then practiced Nuclear Medicine at the Veteran’s Association until she began her Internal Medicine practice on Mercer Island in 1995. She was most recently a physician at Minor & James Medical until she transferred her practice to Qliance Medical Group in 2009.
Dr. Reeves is excited to be a part of Qliance and is looking forward to spending more in-depth time with her patients. She is especially eager to help her patients understand as much about their health as possible, engaging and encouraging them to be active decision-makers in their health care. In her free time, Dr. Reeves enjoys cooking, hiking and the performing arts.
Dr. Nizamic grew up in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is a graduate of the University of Sarajevo, Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina Medical School. After practicing family and emergency medicine at the University Hospital in Sarajevo, Dr. Nizamic began working with UNICEF, counseling children and teenagers experiencing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Continuing her interest in pediatrics, Dr. Nizamic completed her residency at the University Medical Hospital in Sarajevo where she focused on pediatric surgery.
Eldina's passion for helping people has kept her very active in the public health community. After moving to the United States, she continued counseling patients experiencing stress disorders including Bosnian refugees. In 2002, Dr. Nizamic joined the King County Department of Public Health in the Eastgate neighborhood of Bellevue where she began practicing full scope family medicine including preventive medicine, pediatrics, adolescent and adult medicine, women's health and mental health. Eldina enjoys working with patients from a variety of backgrounds including refugees and immigrants from Southeast Asia, Central and South American, Africa and Eastern Europe.
In her own words, Dr. Nizamic says "I strive to build a caring doctor-patient relationship based on trust and respect. My job is to listen, investigate, educate and advise. What I enjoy the most is caring for people within the context of their lives, families and their community. I am proud to be on the Qliance medical team, an ideal primary medical care setting, where I can treat my patients the way I would want to be treated - with respect, compassion and dignity. My goal is to provide patient and family centered quality medical care and education to ensure their long-term well-being."
In her spare time she enjoys gardening, reading and dancing with her husband and two daughters. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Practitioners, the Washington Academy of Family Physicians and serves on the board of the King County Disability Retirement Board for Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters. Dr. Nizamic is a licensed medical interpreter through the King Country Department of Public Health in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and Russian.
