Background
Dr. Laura Breymann is a board-certified Family Physician who joins Qliance in the new Northup Bellevue clinic location. She is a transplant from Michigan, where she was a “Wolverine” for many years, completing both undergraduate studies and medical school at the University of Michigan. The great outdoors and the strength of Family Medicine in the Pacific Northwest drew her to Seattle. She completed her residency training at Swedish First Hill Family Medicine in 2011. Dr. Breymann has enjoyed practicing full-spectrum primary care, with special interests in women’s health, pediatrics, and sports medicine. Most recently, she practiced at Group Health Permanente, being the first provider at her location to also offer obstetrical care.
Dr. Breymann is excited to practice in Qliance’s innovative care model, as she wholeheartedly believes that “relationship-centered care” should and will be the future of primary care. She feels that it is extremely important to have the time to get to know the patient’s full story and not just their current symptoms, as this leads to markedly improved care for the individual, and it decreases waste within our healthcare system.
When not in clinic, you may see her out on the roads/ trails running or biking with her husband (often looking at a map while trying to explore a new route) in our huge, beautiful Washington playground!
