Emergencies
If you need immediate medical attention, call 911. If you are able to notify Qliance of your medical emergency before, or on your way to the hospital, your Qliance clinician can send over any pertinent medical records before your arrival. Please ask your ER physician to contact your primary care physician at your home clinic number after they have evaluated you.
Urgent Issues
For the fastest service, please call the front desk at your home clinic. After hours, please call the main number of your home clinic and press 1 to be connected with our after-hours call system. You will either be connected directly to the on-call physician, or you will be prompted to leave a message. If you leave a message, you will receive a response within 30 minutes.
Non-urgent Issues
