Background
Dr. Matt Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed his residency training in Seattle at Swedish Family Medicine – First Hill. He grew up in rural Vermont and received his undergraduate degree in English from Dartmouth College with an emphasis in film studies. He worked creating documentary films focused on the public health systems in several developing countries and was inspired to get more intimately involved in medicine when he saw the real impact it could have on people’s lives and the community around them.
Dr. Sullivan continues to be interested in health systems and is inspired by the unique model of healthcare being delivered at Qliance, and thrilled to be a part of it. He sees the cornerstone of excellent medicine to be the relationship between the primary care provider and patient, which is placed at a premium at Qliance with extended patient visits and increased accessibility. Dr. Sullivan sees Qliance as not only a chance for the highest value for individual patient experiences, but also as a leap forward for the overall healthcare system.
When not in the office, Matt can be found hiking and exploring the great outdoors with his wife, trying his hand at travel photography, playing rugby, reading a good book, or spending quality time with friends.
