Dr. Kurt Velguth is a board-certified Family Practice physician who has been working with Qliance since April of 2014, having moved from Colorado the year before. Throughout Kurt’s medical career, he has generally focused his efforts on helping underserved populations – immigrants and refugees, as well as domestic homeless, poorly-insured, and other groups. He has worked in a wide variety of settings – both rural and urban, including for Doctors Without Borders in South Sudan. He has a particular interest in men’s health, and in adult medicine. In the past he has played a bunch of soccer, and climbed, bicycled, and skied a lot of mountains … but now has slowed way down thanks to his and his wife’s first child.
