Office Visits

Our providers can generally see patients the same or next day. If your doctor is out of the office, you are welcome to see another provider. Same or next day appointments are welcome, however for annual exams we ask that you schedule your appointment one week or more in advance.

Phone Appointments

Your Qliance provider is available for over-the-phone consultations for minor issues and quick questions. Phone visits are most useful and appropriate for following up on an existing medical problem, addressing medication questions (not refills), lab tests or following up after a sub-specialist visit. If your question requires in-person attention, your provider may ask you to come into the clinic.

We offer a number of ways to request prescription refills:

    3. Email refills@Qliance.com – include: full name, date of birth, and medication

For accurate and efficient processing, please include the following information:

  • Name of Qliance clinician
  • Name of medication
  • Dosage (e.g. oz, mg)
  • Frequency (e.g. daily)
  • Desired quantity (e.g. 30 or 90 day supply)
  • Preferred pharmacy name & phone number

Please note: If your clinician is unavailable on the day of your request, processing your refill may take up to 48 hours. Refills for controlled substances are completed only by your personal clinician and may take up to 3 business days to process.

Emergencies and Medical Information

If you need immediate medical attention, call 911. If you are able to notify Qliance of your medical emergency before, or on your way to the hospital, your Qliance clinician can send over any pertinent medical records before your arrival. Please ask your ER physician to contact your primary care physician at your home clinic number after they have evaluated you.
